National Breast Cancer Coalition and National Breast Cancer Coalition Fund (NBCC) Social Media Policy

Community Guidelines: 

In keeping a positive experience for our fans, we reserve the right to remove photos, comments and other material deemed unproductive, off-topic, inappropriate or objectionable by the NBCC team. This includes, but is not limited to, vulgar language, disturbing photos, angry or aggressive behavior towards the organization, fellow fans, and our team members, and posting deceptive/fraudulent content and anything in violation of intellectual property.

As part of our commitment to you, we’ll do our best to ensure the postings on our page are in line with NBCC philosophies. NBCC expects that users will not post content that falls into the following categories and reserves the right to remove postings that are:

-       Abusive, defamatory, or obscene

-       Fraudulent, deceptive or misleading

-       In violation of any intellectual property right of another

-       In violation of any law or regulation

-       Suggestive of new product innovations or advertising ideas

-       Trolling or deliberate disruption of discussion

-       Spamming in nature

-       Solicitation of goods or services

-       Uploading files or links that contain viruses or programs that could damage the operation of other people’s computers

If an individual continues to violate this policy, we reserve the right to block individuals from posting to our Facebook an Twitter pages.

Please note that NBCC does not endorse any opinions on this page not specifically posted by NBCC. NBCC strongly encourages fans of this page to respect fellow community members and to follow Facebook’s Statement of Rights and Responsibilities. Anyone repeatedly posting material that falls into the above categories will be removed and/or banned from participating on this Fan Page.
