NBCC Advocate Leadership Summit FAQ

1. It’s my first time attending an NBCC Summit, what can I expect?

We are having a first timers meeting on Saturday, April 28. Please plan to attend as we will cover everything you need to know about attending the NBCC Advocate Leadership Summit.

2. Are there evening activities planned?

Anyone attending the Summit can attend the "Women with Balls” advocate bowling challenge by raising $500 or purchasing a ticket. The Women with Balls event will be held on Sunday, April 29. More details will be released soon. For questions about this fundraising event, contact Sharnita Goins at sgoins@breastcancerdeadline2020.org

Check with the hotel concierge for list of local restaurants and activities.

3. If I created a Deadline Champion page and didn’t reach my goal of $350 or $750 or $2020, how can I pay the difference?

You can simply donate to your fundraising page to make up the difference.

4. If I registered and paid the $350 registration fee (didn’t fundraise for it) can I create a fundraising page for $500 to be able to attend the Women with Balls bowling event at the Summit?

Yes. Please click here to create your page.

5. Do you accept checks for the fundraising page and how do I get them to you?

Yes, you can send checks payable to NBCC. Please contact Darryl D’Ateno at ddateno@breastcancerdeadline2020.org and let him know you will be sending checks. Darryl will provide you with the mailing address, etc.
